As the leader of development and implementation for our local Talent Management programs, you'll drive the evolution of our talent processes and tools, shaping the workforce of tomorrow. You'll be at the forefront of change management, working on impactful projects that will set new benchmarks for our industry.In this influential role, you'll champion the communication of Talent Management initiatives, fostering a culture of growth within our dedicated team, HR, and the broader business community. As a regional support pillar, you'll empower and elevate key aspects of talent management, including training and development, performance optimization, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement. As the torchbearer for our talent-focused mission, you'll also take charge of delivering and facilitating training initiatives, ensuring our workforce remains at the cutting edge of their abilities.Are you ready yet to shape the future of talent management and make a lasting impact on our organization's success?ResponsibilitiesLeading implementation of global and pan-European initiatives across assigned marketFacilitation of trainingsRepresentation of the respective region in global and European project management workstreamsFirst point of contact for the HR teams within assigned marketCommunication of the TM initiatives to the key stakeholders in assigned marketLeadership - overseeing, coaching and inspiring up to 3 direct reportsDeployment and follow-up of multi-annual commitment surveys among France employees, presentation of results to the Management CommitteeDefinition, deployment and follow-up of an Employer Brand policyCreation and follow-up of a Young Talents ProgramDesign and implementation of events, internal communication actions contributing to reinforce the sense of belonging to TD SYNNEXDefinition and implementation of an innovative internal communication strategyKnowledge Skills and ExperienceClear and effective communication in English and French, both spoken and written, are a mustPreferably 5 to 10 Years of relevant work experience in Talent Management functions1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesBachelor's Degree with Human Resources, Psychology, Business field of study is required- Master's or Postgraduate degree is a plusOther beneficial Education / Certifications: Project & Change Management, Communication, Training FacilitationYou are proficient in creating and delivering formal presentationsYou skillful interact with all management levels, including negotiation and idea promotionYou possess strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertiveYou are able to work independently with minimal supervision, including confidentiality maintenanceYou love to build solid working relationships, exhibiting sensitivity to others' needs and concernsYou are capable of learning new systems and technology, with intermediate-level computer application useLocal (in-country) travel requiredAt TD SYNNEX we believe that our differences make the difference.If you find yourself relating to this statement and feel that the description above accurately portrays you, we encourage you to apply without delay.
