You are self-driven, curious, and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of how to align technology value to business outcomes.If you’re ready to make an impact in one of Europe’s most dynamic cybersecurity markets and help shape the future of threat detection, we’d love to meet you.Are You the Person We’re Looking For?Ambitious and strategic enterprise hunter with a strong focus on the French market.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in cybersecurity SaaS.Skilled in navigating large enterprise and government accounts, managing complex buying cycles, and closing high-value deals.Resilient, resourceful, and opportunity-driven — you see solutions where others see challenges.Experience selling cybersecurity and/or threat detection solutions to CISOs, SOC managers, CTI teams, and MSSPs.Highly organized, self-starter, results-driven, and a team player with integrity and high energy.Why Join VMRay?Competitive base salary with attractive commission and sales incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Career development in a fast-growing international cybersecurity company.Regular recognition for strong performance and results.Flexible, hybrid/remote-friendly work environment.Opportunity to work with industry-leading sandbox and threat intelligence technologies that set benchmarks in detection accuracy and automation.Your ResponsibilitiesExceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across France and Southern Europe, with France as your main growth engine.Build, manage, and own a strong, high-quality pipeline in the region.Drive new customer acquisition by focusing on high-potential verticals such as Financial Services, Government, and Critical Infrastructure.Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with the CAM team.Drive and develop the expansion of strategic Channel Partners in your regions.Engage with senior security leaders (CISOs, SOC, CERT) to position VMRay as the trusted partner for advanced threat detection.Apply solution-selling and consultative sales techniques to align customer pain points with VMRay’s capabilities.Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to develop and execute winning strategies.Represent VMRay at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.Leverage your local market knowledge and network to identify key opportunities and accelerate regional growth.Our Requirements5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or threat detection.Proven success in the French market; experience in Southern Europe (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal) is a strong plus.Strong executive network within enterprise accounts and/or public sector organizations.Skilled in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong understanding of cloud, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity operations.Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.LocationBased in France (ideally Paris or greater region).Remote/hybrid possible with regular travel across France and to Southern Europe.Contact #J-18808-Ljbffr
