Business Development Manager – Digital TransformationLooking for a dynamic role in Digital Transformation? PTC is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Solutions Consulting team in EMEAI. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers, sales teams, and partners to develop digital transformation roadmaps, value propositions, and financial models aligned with strategic priorities.This role involves leveraging industry experience, consulting practices, and technology expertise to assist companies across France and Europe in their digital transformation journeys. You will work on building Digital Thread value roadmaps, business cases for investment, and supporting deployment teams.The position requires travel across Europe and the ability to support clients and partners in various manufacturing markets.Your Day-to-Day:Partner with sales teams to develop account strategies.Build relationships and influence senior leadership at key customers.Develop technology deployment roadmaps and value propositions.Lead stakeholder engagements to build ROI models and business blueprints.Create vertical market strategies to enhance PTC’s market presence.Represent PTC at conferences and through social media to position solutions effectively.Develop and reuse marketing materials and collaborate with global teams to share best practices.Achieve KPIs including pipeline growth, deal sizes, and subscription renewals.Your Skills and Knowledge:Bachelor’s or master’s degree.10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or advisory consulting in related domains.Strong influence and leadership skills with senior executives.Proven success in digital transformation projects within the industrial sector.Deep understanding of Digital Transformation technologies and strategic roadmapping.Financial expertise to build and present business cases for technology investments.Thought leadership in Digital Transformation.Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills in French and English.Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM).Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance.Experience in stakeholder interviews, analysis, and delivering executive presentations.Knowledge of product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes.Why PTCWe value innovation, work-life balance, and a culture aligned with your passions and values.
