Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points related to tax and trade compliance. Develop and deliver compelling product propositions and professional presentations that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Thomson Reuter's solutions. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within client organizations. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and market positioning. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to complex tax and trade challenges. Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the tax and trade sector. Contribute to partnership development initiatives to expand Thomson Reuter's market reach and ecosystem. Utilize sales technology and CRM systems effectively to manage sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on performance. About You Proven experience in a commercial or account management role, ideally within the tax, trade, compliance, or B2B software industry. Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and delivering value to clients. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Excellent relationship‑building and influence skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in opportunity creation and developing new business within a competitive market. Proficient in developing and delivering professional presentations. Familiarity with sales process methodologies and sales technology. Knowledge of marketing principles and their application in a B2B sales environment. Comfortable embracing new challenges and adapting to a dynamic market. Strong understanding of web‑based technology and SaaS solutions. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
