This role blends technology, storytelling, and commercial value to bring clarity to complexity and influence to every interaction.You’ll work with Yext Revenue, Product, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts, positioning the Yext platform as essential to how brands stay discoverable, accurate, and competitive in an AI-first world.What You’ll DoPlay a pivotal role within a cross-functional account team, working with an Account Executive, Client Success Manager, and support from a Solutions Architect and/or Platform Consultant.Collaborate to define, execute and evaluate client account/opportunity strategy, execution, and growth.Be a core member of the EMEA SE team and understand the client goals to shape the solution using Yext's full platform.Build compelling demos, POCs, and solution narratives bridging Martech, GEO/SEO, Site Search, Reputation Management, Analytics, and Content Management.Deliver bespoke site search applications, bespoke GEO web pages, bespoke AI Search analytics reports, and Strategic Business Review presentations.Provide industry benchmark insights, best practice guidance and thought leadership.Distill complex technical value into business outcomes for stakeholders from marketing managers to the C-suite.Present at events, run workshops, author content, and contribute to Field Marketing initiatives in the region.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Professional Services and Customer Success to evolve GTM strategy.Provide feedback to product for roadmap direction, focusing on EMEA client needs and requests.Lead or support technical RFP/RFI responses as needed.Travel within the region (UKI, Nordics, Benelux, South Africa) with occasional trips to the US and wider Europe.What You HaveWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer with a proven track record in selling and renewing Enterprise software solutions.BA/BS degree or equivalent university-level education3–5 years of experience in Solutions EngineeringDemonstrated quota attainment or team goal attainmentExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to present to clients from VP to C-levelStrong understanding of digital marketing/product experiences; advantage for GEO/SEO, Site Search, Headless CMS/DXP platforms, REST/GraphQL APIs, Modern Web Development & Accessibility, Analytics, LLMs/RAG/Graph databasesAbility to develop business cases communicating requirements and solutions to enterprise prospects and customersExperience with MEDDPICC or similar sales processCurious, proactive, self-directed, and able to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholdersComfort working with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success and Professional ServicesWilling to speak at events, panels, webinars, or workshopsMultilingual skills are a bonus (French, German, or Italian)Why Join Yext?You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products that solve real customer problems and shape the future of search and digital experience, while growing your career.Collaborative culture that moves fast and learns fastPrivate health care benefitsEmployee Resource Groups promoting inclusionApply now if you’re articulate, technical, commercially minded — and hungry to shape enterprise AI.Yext is committed to building an inclusive and diverse culture.
