We buy, refurbish, and resell e‑bikes with a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless, reliable customer experience. Location: ToulouseDepartment: SalesCompensation: €40,000 – €60,000 / year Responsibilities Hunt, close, and onboard new retail partners – identify, prospect, and onboard independent bike shops and regional chains in your territory, turning cold prospects into active partners using Upway’s trade‑in tool. Unlock “Fleet” opportunities – map the B2B, rental and leasing ecosystem and negotiate ad‑hoc bulk B2B deals to secure high‑quality stock for our UpCenter. Build long‑term trust – be an available and reliable stakeholder, comfortable talking technical specs with a mechanic as well as negotiating contracts with a business owner. Deploy additional services – leverage trusted partners to support deployment of new services (pickup, drop‑off, maintenance, B2B sales…) as we expand the trade‑in platform into a B2B ecosystem. Qualifications 3+ years in B2B sales / business development; experience in the cycling industry is a plus but sales DNA (FMCG, SaaS, field sales) is essential. Hunter mindset – driven to close deals and not give up on “no”. Road warrior – willing to travel 60‑80% within the region; based in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, or Nice. Analytical – use data to prioritize targets and optimize routes. Languages – native French, professional English. Passion for cycling – genuine excitement for bikes, key to building trust.
