Responsibilities 1 | CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT Build a full content pipeline from ideation to publication for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains – and always aligns with our values and voice. Develop on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality. 2 | ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS Review performance data weekly and iterate on content that resonates, converts and drives real engagement. Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach and influence – audience growth, engagement and credibility. Design and implement forward‑thinking content strategies, taking into account various growth factors. Play new trends and keep up to date with news to adapt content and resonate with audience. 3 | BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY Engage with followers directly – responding to comments, joining conversations, and shaping culture. Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content. Identify strategic voices to collaborate with – guests, co‑creators, future ambassadors. Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows. Qualifications Obsessed with social media – study, reverse‑engineer virality. Magnetic on camera – bold, storytelling, editing proficiency. Write, riff, and repurpose – one idea into ten formats effortlessly. Fast‑paced – create, test, learn, repeat. Understand brand power – build human, smart, modern brand. Solo content creator or built someone else’s online presence before. Fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts – maker, not merely user. Show hits and misses – content that performed. Part creator, part strategist, part brand whisperer. Culture & Benefits Part‑time / contract, located in Dubai, Lisbon or remote.
