**Primary Purpose**:
The Regional Brand Ambassador represents the brand and is responsible for driving sales across all product lines within our department store network within the Paris**.**
The Regional Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building strong relationships with Department Store Management and wider floor teams in order to drive and execute Coach sales and business directives to a high standard, and will regularly provide feedback and ideas to the Tapestry head office team. It is their role to ensure a high standard of Coach customer service by driving initiatives that enhance the customer’s experience in their stores and with the brand.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales**
- Ensuring targets are met and exceeded, where relevant compiling and presenting action plans to ensure trade is in line with expectations.
- Responsible for tracking daily, weekly and monthly sales in store reporting into the SRBA on executing a successful business strategy to drive sales and stretch goals for all responsible SIS locations
- Owning the weekly report presenting to SRBA and relevant head office team including with key focuses as Best Sellers, Successes, Stock Position, Business Trend Info, Product Issues & Customer Feedback for all responsible SIS locations
- Monitoring in store activity and partner with SRBA to identify new opportunities in store for all responsible locations
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with Department Store management and staff to drive sales and business initiatives and Act as a liaison between the host store and SRBA
- Accountable for educating in-store teams within all responsible SIS locations by hosting regular training sessions, to increase team product knowledge and drive sales.
- Be responsible for leading the Brand Specialist team within your region and cultivating strong relationships with the wider shop floor teams through regular communication and store visits
- Executing onboarding training for all new Brand Ambassadors and Brand Specialists within the region
**Customer Service**
- Responsible for developing the Coach service experience for all customers
- Executing the Coach Hosting Ceremony in store
- Manage clientele book in host store and develop a personal client database
- Build strong relationships with in store Personal Shoppers to increase overall sales in all responsible locations
**Visual Merchandising**
- Responsible for implementing VM directives within their host store regularly. This should be in line with the launch of VBs to ensure at the start of every season, the stores are showcase new season product along with seasonal product launches/ delivery drops.
- Implement VM guidelines during markdown periods and ensure host store reflect same VM as rest of fleet to ensure Customer experience and journey.
- Have a strong relationship with the VM Manager within their host store and regularly share images to seek feedback or further VM development skills.
**Operations**
- Managing day to day deliveries and replenishment. To ensure back of house areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
- To ensure trade reports are completed in a timely manner and product call outs are shared with SRBA/ Sales Team effectively and efficiently.
- Co-ordinating with SRBA to schedule and ensure maintenance of adequate floor coverage.
- Manage appearance, cleanliness of SIS locations and escalate operational needs to SRBA.
**The Brand Ambassador will possess**:
- Ability to travel up to 8 days per month
- In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and a minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Great understanding of working within a department store (a benefit but not a requirement)
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to strategize to help develop their business
- A good knowledge of Retail math
