Personal Brand Ambassador - 🇫🇷 French Fluent Paradox EN is seeking a dynamic Personal Brand Ambassador fluent in French and English to amplify our vision through authentic, short‑form content. This part‑time / contract role can be based from Dubai, Lisbon, or remote. Mission As the storyteller‑in‑chief, you will create compelling personal brand content that educates, entertains, and builds a dedicated audience around Paradox’s iconic brand. You’ll manage a full content pipeline across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, and continuously optimize for engagement and reach. Responsibilities Create magnetic personal brand content – build a full pipeline from ideation to publication; craft compelling posts and recurring formats that align with Paradox’s values. Analyse & optimize – review performance data weekly, refine strategies, track key metrics (audience growth, engagement, credibility), and stay current with trends. Build & nurture community – engage with followers, source testimonials, collaborate with strategic voices, and maintain a trusted presence online. Qualifications Obsessed with social media, skilled at reverse‑engineering virality. Comfortable on camera; able to produce bold, storytelling‑driven videos. Excellent scriptwriting, copywriting, and editing abilities; can produce multiple formats from a single idea. Fast‑paced, thrives on rapid test‑and‑learn cycles, and works independently. Deep appreciation for brand building and a track record of managing a personal or brand presence. Fluent in French (native) and English (fluent).
