🚀 Growth Marketing Manager (International SaaS B2B)Location: Paris (hybrid)Contract: Full-time (CDI)Salary: From €55,000 gross/year (+ performance-based bonus)Alternative: Freelance mission (3–6 months) with strong intent to convert to full-timeBob Desk is a fast-growing B2B SaaS helping companies manage and optimize their field operations and maintenance activities.After building a strong inbound acquisition engine in French-speaking markets, we are entering a new growth phase with a clear European ambition.Our next step: scaling online acquisition across France, Spain, Germany and the UK, supported by a fully internationalized website and a structured inbound strategy.To support this ambition, we are hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager, a key, high-impact role reporting directly to the founders.As Growth Marketing Manager, your core mission is to design, execute and scale our online acquisition strategy internationally, with a strong focus on SEO, SEA, content and email marketing.You will own the inbound growth engine end-to-end and play a central role in our European expansion.Define and execute the online acquisition strategy across 4 countries: France, Spain, Germany and the UKBuild a clear quarterly roadmap aligned with business and revenue objectivesPrioritize channels and markets based on ROI, maturity and sales cycleLead the internationalization of our website (.fr → .com, EN / DE / ES)Define and execute a multi-country SEO strategy:keyword research per marketManage and challenge external SEO partners when relevantOwn and optimize Google Ads campaigns (our main paid channel)Deploy and adapt SEA strategies per country and languageMonitor and optimize key KPIs: CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROASTest new paid channels when relevant (LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.)Build a conversion-driven content strategy:SEO articleswhite paperswebinarsnewslettersAlign marketing messaging with Sales (use cases, industries, objections)Design and optimize email campaigns (newsletter, lead nurturing, reactivation)Build automated workflows by country and segmentTrack and analyze acquisition KPIs:traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLsCAC, LTV/CAC, inbound conversion ratesBuild clear dashboards and actionable reportingWork closely with Sales and Product teams to maximize impactMust-have5–8+ years of experience in Growth / Inbound / Acquisition Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaSStrong hands-on expertise in SEO and SEAProven experience with international or multi-country acquisitionData-driven mindset and strong business orientationHigh level of autonomy and ownershipProven execution of AI acquisition methodsNice-to-haveExperience working with agencies and external partnersKnowledge of marketing automation and CRM toolsExperience in early-stage or scale-up environmentsLanguagesNative or Fluent++ English requiredGerman and/or Spanish is a good pointFrench is optional💼 What We OfferA strategic, high-impact role at the heart of our growthStrong autonomy and direct access to the CEO (next seat)A real opportunity to build and scale an international acquisition engineSalary from €55,000 gross/year, with performance-based bonusHybrid work setup (Paris-based)Option to start as a freelance mission (3–6 months) with a clear path to full-time if successfulThis is not a “run campaigns” role.It’s a foundational growth position, where your decisions will directly shape how Bob Desk scales across Europe.If you enjoy ownership, impact, and building things from the ground up, this role is for you.Please do not apply if you're not able to take ownership and commit to result. #J-18808-Ljbffr
