MyTraffic teams throughout project timelines, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions.🎯 The RoleThis is a 6-month freelance mission, starting as soon as possible, to cover a maternity leave, with on-site presence required 4 days per week at our offices (75010).The marketing team includes a Growth Partnership Manager, an Event Manager, and a Paid & Organic Growth team responsible for content, paid acquisition, and organic growth.You will lead the Paid & Organic Growth team, work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and partner directly with the CMO to accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and brand impact.As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Mytraffic’s growth by managing and optimizing our B2B marketing channels (organic and paid).Key Responsibilities & MissionsLead, manage, and support the Growth team, ensuring operational continuity and performance.Run and execute the global growth marketing strategy, working closely with the CMO to ensure ongoing alignment with business priorities and sales objectivesYour missions Include :Paid acquisition: managing Google Ads in collaboration with Webloom (external agency) and exploring new paid channels such as Instagram.Organic growth: driving performance across LinkedIn, the website, Reddit, Wikipedia, newsletters, and customer testimonials (in collaboration with our Growth Content Manager).Branding: strengthening Mytraffic’s brand positioning and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.Marketing enablement: being in charge of designing and maintaining “marketing packages” to support sales and growth initiatives.Define, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget to maximize ROI.Ensure strong alignment and efficient collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns using data and insights.🫵 About You5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or B2B Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and guiding a marketing team.Solid understanding of acquisition channels and growth levers.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.Fluent in French and English.🎁 Why MyTraffic?Perfect timing: Join at a key moment as we are launching our AI-powered product and rolling out a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.Autonomy: you design and build with full ownership of your scopeGrowth: profitable scale-up in full European expansion⚙️ Recruitment Process30 min with Adèle, Senior Talent Acquisition1h min with Pauline, Deputy CRO/CMO -> fit & business case30min café with the Team: Alex, Luna & Anthony for the fitNous dotons le monde physique des pouvoirs du numérique.MyTraffic est une plateforme qui aide les organisations à prendre de meilleures décisions d'investissement plus précises et plus sûres pour leurs lieux physiques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
