Business development / monitoring – Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities and regulatory or industrial developments affecting the cereals, bakery, culinary and nutrition markets. Reporting – Ensure the reporting of activities via CRM and other means of reporting on visits/meetings to monitor active sales forecasts, projects and analyze risks and opportunities. Job Role Overview You will be part of an expert and dynamic sales team based in France, the Netherlands and the UK and will work closely with the R&D and Marketing departments to promote and sell our ingredients to the Bakery, Culinary and Nutrition industries on a B2B basis. You will be mainly in France and also in Europe, based at Riom head office or home office, and will be prepared to travel extensively with customers and inception to our sites. You have significant experience in the sales of ingredients and/or commodities in the food industry, ideally with an initial knowledge of industrial bakery. You have demonstrated negotiating skills, empathy with customers and ability to develop new business with key accounts. You are recognised for your ability to work independently, with organisational skills, to adapt to organisational and tools, and your rigour in monitoring contracts. आप absolutely active listening and collaborative work to understand the needs of your contacts.
