Chariot is seeking an experienced backend engineering leader to elevate the platform, drive the evolution of our banking and DAF product, and shape technology strategy while growing a fast-moving team. You will mentor engineers and own delivery in a hands-on, ownership-driven role.
You’ll collaborate with the CEO and founders to scale to contracts in the pipeline, balance architectural vision with practical delivery, and contribute across fintech and nonprofit-focused initiatives.
