The Role The Business Strategy & Operations community defines growth strategies, sets performance metrics, and enables one of the tech industry’s most effective Sales teams. The Sales Enablement area’s mission is to transform Sales into top performers and trustworthy advisors delivering delightful selling experiences. We share knowledge through training and content built closest to our sales team. Responsibilities Spend significant time on the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance. Train sales during onboarding and throughout their evolution within Alan’s team. Design impactful training programs covering sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery. Build training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership. Experiment with engaging formats to maximize sales adoption. Ensure proper change management as our organization scales up (new countries, new products). Concrete Missions I – Orchestrate large‑scale events for 100+ sales professionals across 3 countries. Own our flagship events (Sales Kick‑Off & Back to School), building agendas, managing budgets, and delivering memorable experiences, achieving high NPS scores. II – Design training programs that fuel our performance. Build engaging programs on business topics, customising content for each team, enabling sales to build offers and master product features. III – Help us scale the most innovative Sales Enablement function. Build up to 20+ creative training solutions yearly, leveraging AI, gamification, and continuous improvement of our Sales Academy. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or as a sales professional. Fluency in French and English. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of Sales. Solid business sense and KPI‑driven mindset. Strong Learning & Development skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening, collaboration). Continuous growth and improvement mindset, curiosity for learning techniques and tools.
