**The position**
As a Sales Enablement Manager, your mission will be to implement the best sales academy to increase sales efficiency.
You will be entirely or partially in charge of the following activities:
**Programs and trainings**

Manage the design, development and delivery of enablement programs in line with the company strategy
- Develop and implement training programs for the sales organization that increase productivity and performance
- Collaborate across departments within the company to complete enablement projects
- Leverage first-line managers as contributors of enablement
- Propose new projects in line with the company strategy and needs you’ve uncovered in your interactions with sales team

**Results and tools**
- Clearly communicate progress on enablement projects to key stakeholders and set clear expectations for the anticipated use and impact of deliverables
- Incorporate training paths and content into content management platforms
- Provide insights to the global sales enablement team and customer success leadership on the use and performance of enablement resources, as well as any feedback you’ve received from the field
- Design and deliver assessment & certification programs and relevant program KPI (onboarding, career evolution)
- Own the enablement tools (Learning Management System, Sales Content Platform, etc), measure their impacts, follow and negotiate their budgets

The profile*
**Essential qualities**:

- You have a solid background in sales or operations in the SaaS industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French (a third language would be a plus)
- Knowledge of content and managing training
- Teamwork mindset
- Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing many initiatives together
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent people management skills - Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite

- Experience in Real Estate and/or ESG
