HR Visa Services Coordinator – Join the Team Behind Global Sporting Events Based in Boulogne-Billancourt Paris (hybrid: 3 days office 2 days working from home) Fixed-term contract (December 2025 to July 2026) International environment About the Role Paced multicultural environment has excellent customer service skills and enjoys bringing structure and precision to complex logistics. The role may also support additional HR administrative activities (such as employee data updates contract preparation or onboarding formalities). Key Responsibilities Support the setup and management of visa systems for event staff. Coordinate and maintain internal tools email inbox and database to ensure accuracy and efficiency. liaise with key HBS teams and event staff to resolve visa issues. Ensure timely delivery of reports and data to internal and external partners. Provide support to the HR team on general HR administration. What We’re Looking For Previous HR or operations experience in an event or project-based environment. Strong attention to detail and high competency in database use and reporting.
