Want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You'll be working behind the scenes of some of the world's biggest live sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.

  • Pre-Event Phase in Boulogne-Billancourt, France from March 2026 to May 2026
  • Tournament Phase in Dallas, United States from May 2026 to July 2026
  • Start Date: March 2026
  • End Date: July 31st, 2026

As a Production Coordinator with HBS, you will play a key role in delivering the energy, emotion, and excitement that define the FIFA World Cup.

 This role – supporting the Live-Centralised Production Team - requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Production Support & Organisation

  • Support the Production Team with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant HBS divisions/departments and sub-contractors to ensure effective integration and information flow
  • Support planning, logistics, and troubleshooting pre-event in Paris and tournament-time at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas
  • Organise and deliver staff training/briefings to ensure all teams are well-prepared for live operations
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain call sheets, schedules, and other key operational documents
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes and documentation : Running Orders, Cue Sheets, Call Sheets, Project Management Tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally and work extended hours during tournament periods
