You’ll be working behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest live sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution. As a Production Coordinator with HBS, you will play a key role in delivering the energy, emotion, and excitement that defines the FIFA World Cup™. This role – supporting the Live‑Centralised Production Team – requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced multicultural environment. Production Support & Organisation Support the Production Team with daily operational and administrative tasks. Collaborate closely with all relevant HBS divisions/departments and sub‑contractors to ensure effective integration and information flow. Assist with budget tracking and cost control, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices. Personal Qualities Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable communicating with all stakeholders (clients, service providers, internal teams). Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail: rigorous in project planning and follow‑up. Resourcefulness and autonomy: ability to find creative solutions when facing unexpected challenges. Adaptability: able to adapt to fast‑paced environments and last‑minute changes. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes and documentation: Running Orders, Cue Sheets, Call Sheets, Project Management Tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
