OverviewInbound Sales 🇫🇷 role at Alan. We are growing our Inbound Sales team in France. You will be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing convincing arguments to transform them into customers. You will apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant, instructive, and delightful prospect experience.We are building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, aiming to make prevention the norm of care and help people live in good health to 100 while turning health benefits into a valuable investment for employers. We operate across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada with a global, mission-driven culture.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (independent workers, very small companies, individuals).Educate prospects and present compelling arguments to convert them into customers.Understand, embrace, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to enhance the prospect experience.Collaborate with the team to grow and improve the company, participate in other projects and initiatives related to growing the customer base.Contribute to building the playbook of best practices to close deals efficiently and improve the self-serve experience for members.Develop product knowledge to confidently answer questions and handle objections from prospects.Support tooling and process improvements as part of building a new practice within the Sales Community.QualificationsHave 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience.Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English.Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.Strong active listening and assertiveness in prospect interactions.Natural empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range.Perks & BenefitsFair rewards with generous equity packages for permanent contracts.Flexible office with hybrid setup; options for Paris HQ, co-working hubs, or full remote with home office equipment sponsorship.All the tools you need: high-quality equipment including Macbook, peripherals, and headphones.Flexible vacation policy and working hours.Delightful healthcare insurance coverage for you and dependents where applicable.Transport benefits.Learning & Training opportunities with a flexible policy and budget for conferences.Personal growth through coaching from day one.Parental leave for new parents on permanent contracts.Important note: we hire people, not roles.
