This position is based in Berlin/Munich, Germany or Rennes/Paris, France.
As (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform - Core (f/m/d), you own the foundational engine of the Trust Platform: the orchestration and decisioning logic, the no-code Studio experience, and the governance, transparency, and developer experience that make the platform trustworthy and easy to build on. You work at the intersection of Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial functions, ensuring the platform's core is robust, transparent, and easy to adopt at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- You own the core engine and foundational tooling of the Trust Platform, ensuring customers and internal teams can build, understand, and trust complex decision logic.
- Orchestration Engine: Own the logic engine that handles conditional routing, failover mechanisms, and decisioning, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and performant.
- No-Code Visual Builder: Drive continuous improvements in the Studio interface that allows non-technical users to build complex logic without writing or having to read code.
- Governance & Transparency: Deliver high-granularity version control and audit logs so customers can see exactly why, when, and by whom a decision was made.
- Developer Experience (DX): Optimize DX through state-of-the-art API design, ensuring documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments are best-in-class.
