**Position**

As a **Territory Manager**with CooperSurgical your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth within our existing and expanding gynecology and obstetrics portfolio. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within private and public hospitals, with a key focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. You will already know how to create a territory plan and execute on the activities that support your sales targets and KPI. You have an eye for business opportunities and skills t o implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, with a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and work ing in a team. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way. To become a success in this role you will drive new product launch in the market, acquire new customers and be the go-to person for KOL and relevant stakeholders within Gyn/Obst and other specialities coming soon.- Educational background: scientific degree, nurse, clinical specialist- + 3- 5 years of experience in a field sales role and operating room sales experience- Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s healthcare would be desirable- Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Entrepreneurial mindset- Business acumen- Stakeholder management- Microsoft Office proficiency required and CRM tool skills- Fluent English and France language- Develop customer base and customer relationships into long-term partnerships- G row sales through understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and acting on opportunities- Ensure communication, sales, and promotion of CSI Gyn/Obst. products to relevant KOL and stakeholders- Drive relevant stakeholder engagement and decision-making
