La Maison valorise la diversité et s’engage en faveur de l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap.Vos Missions en tant que Retail Manager pour Armani Outlet & Armani Exchange :Participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et fixer des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.Construire les budgets, allouer et piloter les ressources en collaboration avec les équipes RH.Participer au plan de développement et d’expansion du réseau, notamment via des formations à Milan.Animation commerciale et développement :Appliquer la stratégie commerciale, respecter le merchandising, et garantir la cohérence de la marque.Organiser les opérations commerciales et élaborer les plans d’action.Gérer les P&L, analyser les résultats et mettre en œuvre des actions d’optimisation.Veiller à la qualité de l’expérience client dans les points de vente.Réaliser une veille marketing et concurrentielle, partager les insights.Participer au développement de projets de la Maison.Recruter, former, évaluer et accompagner l’équipe, assurer leur montée en compétences.Organiser et orienter l’activité des managers, favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle.Mettre en place et suivre les rituels managériaux, évaluer performances, contrôler normes et procédures, optimiser les ratios.Analyser les forces et faiblesses des points de vente, élaborer des plans d’action pour maximiser la performance économique.Documenter et reporter régulièrement à la hiérarchie, assurer la gestion des stocks, coordonner avec les services supports.Profil recherché :Expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.Passion pour le coaching et la formation.Forte culture du résultat et goût pour l’excellence.Excellentes qualités relationnelles et capacité à communiquer avec enthousiasme.Passion pour la Maison Giorgio Armani et suivi de son actualité.Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais courants, l’italien serait un plus.La culture du groupe Armani valorise l’implication et la reconnaissance des talents.
