Budget: selon profil Le poste Nous recherchons un·e Head of Marketing / VP Marketing pour une startup B2B spécialisée dans l’adoption de l’IA générative au sein des entreprises. Le rôle est à la fois stratégique et opérationnel : structurer la fonction marketing, renforcer le positionnement de la marque et accompagner Mendo dans une phase clé de passage à l’échelle. Vous interviendrez dans un contexte de croissance, avec un produit déjà adopté par de grands comptes, et des enjeux forts de visibilité, d’acquisition et de structuration. Responsabilités Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing globale (branding, positionnement, messaging) Structurer la fonction marketing pour accompagner la phase de scale Développer la notoriété de la marque auprès des décideurs B2B Piloter et optimiser les leviers d’acquisition, avec une forte composante événements Concevoir et organiser des événements corporate (salons, forums, événements clients), principal canal d’acquisition aujourd’hui Manager et faire monter en compétence une équipe marketing (≥ 2 personnes) Mettre en place des process, outils et indicateurs pour piloter la performance marketing Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Produit Profil requis 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en marketing Poste actuel ou récent : Head of Marketing / VP Marketing Expérience sur un produit en phase de transition entre early stage et scale Expérience managériale confirmée (au moins 2 personnes) Profil à dominante Branding, avec de solides compétences en Growth Expérience significative dans l’organisation d’événements corporate Capacité à structurer, prioriser et faire grandir une fonction marketing Français et anglais courants Poste basé à Paris Pourquoi rejoindre ce projet Un rôle clé et structurant dans une startup IA en forte croissance Une vraie latitude stratégique et un fort impact business Un produit au cœur des enjeux actuels d’adoption de l’IA générative Un environnement exigeant, entrepreneurial et en construction Une équipe engagée, orientée qualité et impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
