Job Description : MISSIONS :

• Le/la Spare Parts Coordinator est rattaché(e) au Wheelsets and Spare parts Manager. Sur le périmètre européen et les différentes activités Spare parts (balises, essieux, distributeurs...), elle/il :
• Établit les plannings mensuels et annuels en concertation avec les parties concernées en menant des réunions régulières avec ces dernières et en complément de l'utilisation des KPIs
• Assure le suivi de la production, le maintien à niveau des stocks en ateliers
• Assure la planification, l'optimisation et passe commande des transports de pièces
• Assure la planification, la réalisation et la réconciliation des inventaires annuels sur parc
• Assure le contrôle et la validation des documents de sécurité ainsi que l'intégration et la mise à jour des données de l'ERP

Candidate Requirements:

• Diplômé d'un Bac +3 Transport ou Logistique.
• Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans dans ce secteur d'activité.
• Anglais professionnel courant.
• L'allemand est un plus
• Maîtrise du Pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel.
