To shape, launch, and scale products that solve real customer challenges, create measurable business outcomes, and strengthen our competitive edge globally.As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how our product shows up in the market. You’ll transform the product\'s capabilities into compelling narratives, craft content that empowers our commercial teams, and help orchestrate best practice launches that make an impact from A to Z. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence product strategy, partner with teams across the organization, and shape the way clients experience RTB House products.ResponsibilitiesYou will:Own the Go-to-Market Bring new products and features to the market by leading launch strategies, coordinating timelines, and ensuring every initiative aligns with key business goals.Create Messaging That Stands Out (and moves people) Own the creation of high-impact product content—from presentations and sales enablement tools to case studies and value proposition decks—that clearly communicates the “why it matters” for our customers.Shape Market Positioning Stay close to market trends, competitive movements, and industry insights to guide product positioning and influence strategic decisions.Connect and Influence Cross-Functional Teams Act as the central orchestrator between Product Development, Operations, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development. Use strong communication, positive energy, and influence—not just process—to keep teams aligned and energized.Drive Continuous Improvement and Impact Monitor the performance of launches and product campaigns, transforming insights into clear, actionable recommendations that elevate future GTM strategy and accelerate adoption.Qualifications3–5 years of B2B product marketing experience within a fast-paced tech or ad-tech environment.Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and marketing technology—or the curiosity and drive to learn quickly.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving smoothly.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging stories.A strategic mindset and persuasive storytelling skills that help drive alignment and influence decision-making.A detail-oriented, analytical approach—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight in everything you deliver.We offerYou’ll join a team where your ideas matter, your growth is a priority, and your work has a direct impact on products used by global brands.
