Ce rôle stratégique vous permettra de développer de nouveaux partenariats avec des grands comptes, dans un environnement SaaS B2B exigeant et en forte croissance. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Sales Director, les équipes SDR, marketing, produit et direction. Responsabilités Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès de clients grands comptes (CAC 40 / SBF 120) Gérer des cycles de vente complexes B2B, de 6 à 18 mois Identifier, qualifier et développer des opportunités via une prospection ciblée et des leads entrants Interagir avec des décideurs de haut niveau (CIO, CFO, CPO, Head of Procurement) Mener des démonstrations produit et des présentations commerciales à fort enjeu Structurer et piloter les réponses aux appels d’offres et consultations complexes Construire des business cases et accompagner les clients dans leurs processus de décision interne Adopter une approche commerciale consultative et orientée valeur Contribuer au positionnement stratégique et à la croissance d’Eleven VMS sur le marché enterprise À propos de vous Diplôme d’école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou d’université 0 à 2 ans d’expérience en vente B2B, conseil, développement commercial ou fonctions similaires (incluant stages ou alternances significatifs) Première expérience dans l’environnement SaaS B2B et/ou ESN appréciée Intérêt marqué pour les cycles de vente complexes et les clients grands comptes Capacité à comprendre les enjeux business, IT et achats Aisance dans l’interaction avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau Esprit structuré, analytique et curieux Motivation à s’investir dans des démarches commerciales approfondies (appels d’offres, business cases, discussions stratégiques) Proactivité, sens de l’impact et motivation par la valeur ajoutée plutôt que la transaction Maîtrise du français ; anglais professionnel fortement apprécié Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM Ce que nous offrons Une exposition directe à la vente SaaS auprès de clients grands comptes dès le début de carrière La possibilité de collaborer avec des interlocuteurs C-level d’organisations majeures Un environnement agile et en forte croissance, combinant grands comptes et structure dynamique Une forte visibilité et un impact direct sur la croissance de l’entreprise Un apprentissage accéléré des méthodes de vente consultative et stratégique Poste basé à Paris, avec utilisation ponctuelle de l’anglais dans un contexte international Eleven VMS est fier de promouvoir l’égalité des chances et la diversité au sein de ses équipes.
