ContexteDans le cadre de la transformation digitale du domaine Commercial / Marketing d'un acteur majeur du secteur pharmaceutique nous recherchons un Consultant Veeva CRM expérimenté pour accompagner le déploiement la maintenance et les évolutions de la plateforme Veeva CRM (modules CRM CLM Vault etc.).Le consultant interviendra en interface entre les équipes Business (Marketing Médical Sales) et les équipes IT dans un environnement international et exigeant.Missions principalesPiloter la planification la coordination et le suivi des projets Veeva CRM (déploiement upgrade évolutions).Assurer la gestion des ressources internes et externes (équipes techniques métiers prestataires).Garantir le respect des délais et de la qualité des livrables.Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers : animation d ateliers avec les équipes Marketing Médicales et Commerciales.Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.Coordonner le paramétrage et la validation de la solution (Veeva CRM CLM Vault PromoMats).Piloter les phases de test (UAT), la recette et les mises en production.Accompagner la conduite du changement : formation documentation support post-déploiement.Assurer une veille fonctionnelle et technologique sur les évolutions de Veeva.Proposer des améliorations continues et des optimisations du dispositif existant.Qualifications : Profil recherchéExpérience de 6 à 10 ans sur des projets Veeva CRM dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou les sciences de la vie.Excellente maîtrise de la suite Veeva CRM et bonne connaissance des modules CLM Vault PromoMats MyInsights, etc.Solide compréhension des processus commerciaux, marketing et médicaux.Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international (anglais professionnel requis).Rigueur, sens de la communication et esprit d’analyse.Une expérience en gestion de projet Agile est un plus.Ce que nous offronsUne mission stimulante au cœur de la transformation digitale du domaine commercial.Un environnement international collaboratif et innovant.La possibilité de contribuer directement à l'amélioration de la performance commerciale et de l'expérience client dans le secteur pharmaceutique.Informations supplémentairesAlors qu'attendez-vous pour nous rejoindre ?Poste situé à Paris (Télétravail déplacements ponctuels sur site).Salaire : 65-80 K Brut / anFreelance : 500-600 / JRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-timeKey SkillsAuditing, Anti Money Laundering, GP, Law Enforcement, CourierExperience : yearsVacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
