**Senior Veeva Solutions Partner (Life Sciences)**
**Paris, Hybrid Remote**
**Role Purpose**:
To act as a strategic business partner and senior advisor, driving digital transformation in life sciences through expert Veeva platform consultancy. The role focuses on expanding market presence by leveraging industry connections, building Veeva-enabled sales pipelines, and leading end-to-end consulting engagements from solution design to post-implementation support.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Growth & Client Development**
- Identify and convert new business opportunities by leveraging established industry networks within life sciences (pharma, biotech, CROs).
- Expand client relationships with a focus on digitalization, specifically Veeva platform adoption (Veeva Vault, CRM, RIM, or Clinical).
- Drive pre-sales activities: lead solution workshops, define client requirements, and architect Veeva-based strategies.
- **Veeva Consulting Leadership**:
- Manage the consulting lifecycle for Veeva implementations:
- **Pre-implementation**: Conduct gap analyses, process optimisation, and change management planning.
- **Post-implementation**: Oversee support frameworks, user adoption programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design tailored Veeva solutions addressing client needs in pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations.
- Deliver strategic projects personally or via dedicated teams, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
**Industry Collaboration & Solution Design**
- Partner with **Veeva** to co-develop sales strategies, service offerings, and market expansion plans.
- Translate regulatory requirements (EMA/FDA) into technical solutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Advise leadership on business strategy for digital transformation, emphasizing Veeva’s role in growth.
**Operational Excellence**
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (consulting, IT, operations).
- Identify KPIs for service delivery optimisation and report on business impact.
**Professional Profile**
**Experience**
- 10+ years in life sciences, with 5+ years in consulting or business development.
- **Essential**: Proven track record in Veeva platform deployment and pre/post-implementation support.
- Background in technical consultancy/CRO environments, regulatory affairs, or pharmacovigilance.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage industry connections for business growth.
- **Knowledge & Skills**:
- **Regulatory Landscape**: EMA/FDA requirements, GxP, and clinical trial processes.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Pricing strategies, market access, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Fluent English; French
- Italian advantageous.
- Degree/Master’s in Life Sciences, IT, or Business.

- Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into Veeva-driven solutions.
