Votre Profil From 5 years onwards of Finance Experience -The candidate would ideally Have an experience in Big 4/ Strat firm either in financial audit or Finance Advisory services Have a Strong knowledge of Finance Organization, processes and SI Finance through either Finance Advisory services provided or Corporate Finance operational experience as a CFO/Financial Controller/ Finance Transformation Be “Hands‑on”: the candidate will be able to deep dive in day to day situation to bring experience/benchmark and value to clients and teams as well as concrete solutions as well as be able to focus of points of attentions requiring C‑Level attention Appreciate working Financial Data/understanding business drivers and financial performance Deal environment knowledge is highly recommended. The candidate should be looking working in Deal context as a challenging environment in terms of business understanding, capacity to work with other Deal players (Banks, Lawyers, COF and TS teams..) and under tight deadlines.
