Votre Profil From 5 years onwards of Finance Experience -The candidate would ideally Have an experience in Big 4/ Strat firm either in financial audit or Finance Advisory services Have a Strong knowledge of Finance Organization, processes and SI Finance through either Finance Advisory services provided or Corporate Finance operational experience as a CFO/Financial Controller/ Finance Transformation Be “Hands‑on”: the candidate will be able to deep dive in day to day situation to bring experience/benchmark and value to clients and teams as well as concrete solutions as well as be able to focus of points of attentions requiring C‑Level attention Appreciate working Financial Data/understanding business drivers and financial performance Deal environment knowledge is highly recommended. The candidate should be looking working in Deal context as a challenging environment in terms of business understanding, capacity to work with other Deal players (Banks, Lawyers, COF and TS teams..) and under tight deadlines. Management Skills Capability to coach teams: feedback regularly teams, motivates and grow teams in terms of path career, train teams with knowledge sharing and paying attention to teams work balance Capability to express point of view convince and bring forward day to day working partners Business Development Skills Commercial /Business development: the candidate will be involved in the go‑to‑market of Finance Center of Excellence (external and internal branding, clients perception, clients conversion, pitch preparation..) and revenue pipeline monitoring Recruitment process: identify potential candidates to grow Finance Center of Excellence team, manage recruitment process (external recruitment/internal mobility) Votre environnement de travail A propos de nous Finance M&A is part of the KPMG Deal Strategy Group that assists our client COMEX in the strategy definition and the operational execution of deal transactions (acquisitions/carve‑outs).
