Join Go1 as a Sales Development Representative and help companies reach new heights through our industry‑leading learning platform. Go1 is a fast growing global aggregator of learning content, and the team is looking for ambitious, outbound‑oriented professionals to drive growth and build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels, using a modern outreach strategy. Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and craft compelling email outreach to introduce Go1’s learning solutions. Identify key decision‑makers within target organizations and build rapport to become the trusted advisor in their learning journey. Perform thorough needs analysis and position Go1’s platform against the specific requirements of each prospect. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategies that turn qualified leads into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM, capturing all lead interactions and progress. Stay informed on corporate learning trends, market conditions and competitor activity, and use that insight to adjust messaging. Provide feedback and ideas in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve sales processes. Qualifications Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about making an impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Comfortable making outbound calls and confident speaking over the phone. Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Tech savvy and experience using SaaS sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or HubSpot. Bonus: familiarity with online learning and corporate training. Fluency in written and spoken French and English; German is an advantage. Compensation Base salary of €35,000 plus an uncapped 70/30 commission plan. Eligibility for the employee bonus plan and stock options. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and results.
