As a Business Development Representative for the French market, you’ll work alongside pioneers transforming e-commerce. If you’re passionate about technology and eager to drive growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets, we want to meet youAs a Business Development Representative at Mirakl, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion in France. Your mission will be to contribute to our exceptional growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our marketplace platform and catalog management product.Develop your marketplace expertise through our Mirakl University training program and coaching from sales experts.Identify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in the French market, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companies.Proactively prospect your market using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).Maintain quality relationships through multiple touchpoints with C-Level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs from your prospect base.Work in tandem with our Account Executives to build a trusted pipeline of leads from first meeting to closing.Develop a deep understanding of our clients’/prospects’ business challenges to better qualify their needs.Collaborate within an international team in contact with marketing, platform advisory, and legal teams.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and track performance KPIs to meet and exceed your objectives.What we’re looking forEntry-level experience in Business Development / Sales Development in a B2B SaaS environment with exposure to cold outreach and prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).Results-driven: you are comfortable working with targets and KPIs (activity, conversion rates, pipeline creation) and motivated by measurable impact.Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset: you are constantly looking for new ways to grow and challenge yourself, using both formal (training, coaching, playbooks) and informal development channels (peer learning, self-learning, experimentation).Organised and disciplined: you can manage high outreach volume while maintaining quality and follow-up.Team-oriented and coachable: you can work collaboratively with others and achieve shared goals.At Mirakl, we invest in your success with a structured onboarding program. We follow a hybrid model for this role, with 3 to 4 days in the office and 1 to 2 days working from home.What we offerA guided interview process typically includes a 30-minute recruiter screen, a 45-minute core expertise discussion with the BDR Manager, two STAR interviews (45 minutes each) with sales team members, and a 30-minute sales role-play with your future Manager and a senior Sales representative. We welcome collaborators with diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to help streamline our hiring process, including screening applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
