We are looking for a Global Tech Adoption Manager who will be reporting to the Tech, Data and Digital UX Product Owner. She or he will oversee the Adoption initiatives for products and services under the scope of User Experience. She or he will interact regularly with regional Adoption managers and the key stakeholders. Key assignments Define and develop the User Experience adoption strategy at SODEXO Lead resources, define activities and monitor performance of Tech Adoption team Build adoption materials and train the regional trainers through modern communication and learning channels Organize and animate global steering committees and generate monthly Adoption KPIs Co-lead the monthly Adoption meetings with the regions intended to keep them informed about User Experience developments, to collect feedback and to monitor performance in terms of adoption and utilization – an UX “Evergreen” approach Support UX Product Owners and Architects on a regular basis to manage functional configurations and steer decisions Partner up and collaborate with TDDI Communication team to synergise communications with technical and non-technical teams Work hand in hand with Microsoft’s Success Management teams and contributes to Microsoft's quarterly ("Evergreen") meetings to monitor developments Define tactics, co-create and animate Adoption events on relevant products (as instructed / steered by leadership) Screen market trends on collaboration technologies and modern ways of working through various channels (Microsoft roadmap and blogs, Specialized medias, Webinars and forums…) Lead communication streams with end users and technical teams under User Experience scope topics Create, review, govern and share relevant user-friendly procedures, leading a process to review user-facing documentation periodicallyManage and animate the global VIVA Engage, Sharepoint and Teams communities under scope of User Experience Overview the lifecycle of user-facing and tech-facing material related to User Experience scope (knowledge database management) Support the adoption of Tech, Data, Digital & Inn Your skill & competencies Overall 5+ years’ experience indifferently as IT Project or Support manager, Change manager or Communication specialist Experience of international environments and matrix organizations Knowledge of Modern Workplace technology on Microsoft products (M365 + Copilot) Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, PowerBI , Change Management and IT Service Management methodologies are searched differentials Familiar with design-thinking and other structured methods which aims to solve problems Ability to formulate existing or new use‑cases and to imagine possible solutions and communication methods tools to best resonate with the target audience Pedagogue and able to build her/his own learning plan Ability to engage with key business stakeholders, explaining technology in non‑technical terms Excellent communications skills both written and oral Ability to produce dashboards and extract key insights out of reports Fluent in English, French is a plus 🌞 if you are interested, apply and join the team Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sodexo by 2x Get notified about new Adoption Specialist jobs in Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
