Vous interviendrez auprès de clients industriels majeurs dans des environnements techniques complexes, avec une forte autonomie et un rôle clé dans la relation client. Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront de :* Piloter des engagements complexes (projets, services, transitions) en garantissant la qualité, les coûts et les délais* Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) du client et assurer sa satisfaction* Encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et favoriser leur montée en compétences* Assurer le suivi contractuel et financier des projets* Identifier les risques et mettre en oeuvre les plans d’actions correctifs* Contribuer à la transformation du Delivery (industrialisation, move to Offshore/Nearshore, passage en engagement)* Participer aux avant-ventes et à la construction des offres techniques et commerciales## Description du profil* Diplôme d'ingénieurs ou équivalent en informatique, logiciel ou gestion de projet* 5 à 12 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT ou logiciel* Maîtrise des outils de pilotage et des méthodes projet (ISO9001, EN9100…)* Autonomie dans la gestion d’engagements complexes* Encadrement d’équipes techniques et fonctionnelles* Suivi budgétaire et contractualisation* Capacité à interagir avec des clients grands comptes* Leadership, rigueur, sens du service et capacité a convaincre vous définisse**Qualité de vie au travail** : accord de télétravail en France et à l’international, accord sur l’égalité professionnelle, la parentalité, l’équilibre des temps et la mobilité durable.**Apprentissage en continu** : certifications et formations en libre accès, accompagnement sur mesure avec votre career manager, parcours d’intégration sur 9 mois.**Avantages groupe & CSE** : plan actionnariat, activités à tarifs préférentiels, remboursement partiel vacances, remboursement de votre abonnement sportif ou culturel.Experience levelExpérimentésLocationCesson-Sévigné, Montbonnot-St-Martin, Nantes, Issy-les-Moulineaux
