**About the Job**

Join Excelya as a **Project Manager - Transformation Digitale** and be at the forefront of driving digital innovation within our organization. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of digital transformation initiatives that promote efficiency, agility, and enhanced client engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute projects that leverage technology solutions to meet our business goals.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Project Management:

- Consolidate detailed 2025 roadmap and budget projections
- Define detailed activities, deliverables, and timelines for all workpackages
- Coordinate workpackages to deliver on the 2025 roadmap
- Maintain and adjust roadmap, budget, resource needs, risks, savings and dependencies
- Report and escalate to program team, sponsor, and steering committee as needed
- Provide and implement project management methodology to support decision-making
- Contribute to project document updates and archiving
- Ensure complete transition of knowledge and remaining activities to business

Change Management:

- Collaborate with change manager and business analyst to define adoption strategies
- Analyze resistance in current landscape and develop engagement strategies
- Support robust project communication to stakeholders (in

- of the project) and project adoption

**Requirements**:
**About You**

We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-oriented Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation and a strong track record of leading successful projects.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in project management within digital transformation contexts, ideally in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of digital technologies, agile methodologies, and change management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
