Travel throughout France will be required Salary : €40000 negotiable Languages : Fluent English and French essential Visa : You MUST have the right to live and work in the EU without the need for sponsorship Overview Provide on-site technical support for installation, preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical device equipment Deliver exceptional customer service and training to clients and distributors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure medical device systems at customer sites. Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on equipment. Customer Training: Deliver product training sessions to customers and distributors, both on-site and remotely. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and reports in line with company procedures. Technical Support: Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or in person. Travel: Regular travel within Spain and occasional international trips for training or support. Qualifications Engineering or Technical background (electrical or mechanical). Proven experience in fault-finding and diagnostics. Understanding of IT infrastructure and connectivity. Strong customer focus and communication skills (French and English required). Full clean local driving licence. Flexibility to travel and work varied hours. Experience with medical or laboratory equipment is highly desirable.
