OverviewJoin to apply for the Account Executive 🇫🇷 (Food & Beverage industry) role at Alan.We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on companies from the Food & Beverage industry, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs. This segment encompasses producers, distributors, and intermediaries across the entire food supply chain—from fruits and vegetables to dairy products, beverages, meat, and specialty foods.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.In our Food & Beverage Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an ARR of 150K€.At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.Understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method (Smart = instructive to prospects; Soft = personalize high-touch strategy).You’ll help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.What we’re looking for / QualificationsHave at least 4 years of experience managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role.Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.Empathy and a passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille.Perks & BenefitsFair rewards.
