Roundtable is aiming to revolutionize private asset management by building a social platform to democratize investments in alternative assets in Europe (start-ups, private equity, art, crypto-assets, etc.).
Our vision
Alternative asset classes will grow fast in the coming years, as the returns of more traditional investments (real estate, stock markets, etc.) are decreasing, inflation is growing, and tech makes it easier than ever to democratize this type of investments outside of the Ultra High Net Worth sphere.
As a first step, Roundtable has been building the go-to platform for everything related to angel investing in startups.
Roundtable now empowers angel investors to invite their network to co-invest alongside them, automating all the regulatory and process flows under the hood.

As a
Senior
Operations Associate
, you'll be at the heart of Roundtable's engine, ensuring operational excellence and smooth execution for our clients' investment vehicles.
Your Mission Will Revolve Around Two Main Pillars
Client Relations
You'll assist and guide clients (from founders to investors) throughout the entire process:
- You will assist, advise and respond to enquiries from investors and customers. This is a key aspect of the role as we deal with complex issues for demanding audiences. This requires a perfect command of administrative matters as well as a broader knowledge of accounting and legal issues.
- You will help our customers (start-up founders or fund managers) to ensure a smooth onboarding and vehicle creation process and to support their investment related enquiries.
- You will also interact with our customers' customers, the investors investing in their opportunities, on their questions.
It's a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll interact directly with top-tier European founders and investors from 60+ nationalities including several billionaires
Operations & Administration
You'll Handle The Full Operational Lifecycle
- Legal incorporation of investment vehicles
- Coordination with banks, notaries, and domiciliation partners
- Investor KYC and compliance checks
- Continuous improvement of internal processes (we are looking for people challenging the existing and pushing the team in the right direction)
The challenges
- Fast timelines: we aim to launch each deal in under a week
- High expectations: top-tier founders and investors
- Complexity: highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment
- Multitasking: balancing priorities and incoming requests simultaneously between different deals and different sales counterpart
- Education: Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Finance/Operations major is a plus)
- Experience: 5 years of experience, with a proven track record in operations or client-facing roles, ideally in fintech, legal tech, or VC.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Highly adaptable and curious: You'll be wearing a lot of hats
- Team player: collaborative, open, and eager to learn
- Deeply autonomous: You don't need hand-holding or constant direction to achieve your goals. No task is beneath you; you get things done without waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
- Detail-oriented: meticulous in managing documents and processes or when working on complex SPV setup.
