En tant que point de contact principal pour votre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans leur développement professionnel. Vous les aiderez à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de performance fixés, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant. Vos missions en tant que Responsable d’équipe aux Opérations Encadrer une équipe de conseillers de voyages Exploiter les données de performance pour optimiser l’efficacité de l’équipe Développer des programmes d’apprentissage pour combler les écarts de compétences à court et long terme Fournir au client les informations nécessaires sur le secteur : tarifs avantageux, frais d’échange, pénalités Maintenir à jour vos connaissances des réglementations en vigueur (DOT, TSA, passeports, visas, etc.) Surveiller quotidiennement les queues pour garantir le contrôle qualité Profil Recherché Expérience significative dans le secteur du voyage d’affaires Expérience avérée en management Maîtrise avancée du GDS Amadeus Solides compétences en réflexion critique et en résolution de problèmes Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office Excellentes compétences en communication en français – l’anglais est un plus.
