Position Type: Full time and Fixed Term (durée déterminée) Job Summary Act as the main point of contact for internal and external RAC clients for the development and sharing of compliance documentation, including but not limited to Safety Data Sheets (FDS), compliance declarations, regulatory dossiers, validation of labels and packaging. Respond to client queries on the regulatory compliance of products. Ensure declarations on official platforms (Notifications to Poison Centres, nano registry). Collect product data and technical data from internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, manufacturing plants, S&T and analytics teams to develop compliance documentation. Gather data from external stakeholders such as suppliers to ensure product compliance on a global scale. Organise product compliance testing with internal and external laboratories in collaboration with S&T teams, Product Managers and manufacturing sites. Maintain regulatory compliance by performing structured and organised regulatory monitoring to proactively track and understand regulations impacting the company’s operations and compliance. Support the Product Stewardship Director on ad‑hoc strategic product management projects by analysing regulations and their impacts on products and Imerys activities. Contribute to developing a plan to deploy Product Stewardship projects in a timely manner. The Product Stewardship Specialist will also independently lead some small projects.
