OverviewChannel Sales Executive (France) at Motorola Solutions. This role is primarily based in France and works on a hybrid basis with considerable travel expected.ResponsibilitiesLead generation including cold calling prospective accounts; develop leads and progress new projects/clients.Promote and market Motorola Solutions Inc. Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) products and services within the assigned territory. Note: the negotiation and closing of sales and execution of contracts are handled by Motorola Solutions head office.Support VS&A sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for VS&A’s products and services with End Users and Security Consultants.Collaborate with Channel Account Managers, Distribution Channel Managers, Sales Engineers, and Inside Sales Managers to close new opportunities.Assist leadership in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the territory.Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities with end user and distributor opportunities using Motorola Solutions lead and project tracking databases.Provide information to prospective customers such as pricing, terms of sales, and delivery methods.Provide basic technical guidance and product training to end users to help them understand how to use our products.Assist with supervision of installations at end user sites to ensure proper commissioning and customer satisfaction.Attend trade shows and other marketing events.Participate in the development of training materials for our products.Provide feedback about partner and end user requirements to Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control team and other departments to help develop product improvements and new releases.Maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings and compile data on competitive products and pricing.Identify key surveillance market influencers in the territory, establish contact, and demonstrate the value of our solutions.Basic RequirementsDrive and passion for lead generation; hungry to progress new business.Video security solutions sales experience.Customer-interfacing experience, preferably with end users.Physical security solutions experience is an asset.Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong technical acumen and ability to discuss our products and solutions.Ability to accurately forecast revenue on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.Proven track record of achieving sales results and building collaborative relationships.Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy.Hunter mentality with motivation to create new customers/sales.Time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting.Travel Requirements50-75%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedEmployment typeFull-timeEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
