Join us and help shape the future of online gamingENTER THE GAME 🎮As a Product and Tech Flow manager, you will join the Transformation and Project team, made up of 8 people, whose role is to create an optimal working environment for product and tech teams by putting in place all the means necessary to facilitate strategic decision-making. It aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and adaptability within product, engineering and cross-functional teams.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥In this role, your main missions will be:Product and tech Flow OptimizationDesign and implement standardized frameworks for the entire product lifecycleDevelop structured processes to accelerate the transition from ideation to market launchIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks in the product development processContribute to the implementation of the performance framework through the definition of appropriate metricsProduct & Engineering AlignmentOptimize work processes to improve operational efficiencyEstablish rituals to foster smooth collaborationContribute to the definition of roles and responsibilities within product/engineering teams to ensure clear and rapid decision-makingData-driven approachImplement a system of relevant metrics to assess product flow performanceIntegrate analysis tools into the decision-making processDevelop a culture where data drives product evolution and improvementCross-functional collaborationBuild bridges between product, engineering and other departmentsFacilitate the sharing of information and expertise across the organizationFacilitate cross-domain work sessions to solve complex problemsTools EcosystemSelect and deploy tools to facilitate product flow managementOptimize the use of tools to maximize team productivityWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasmThis job is for you if:You have experience managing product flow at scale and understand Agile/Lean methodologiesYou can design complex processes and analyze flow metrics (lead time, WIP, time to market)You combine strategic vision with pragmatism and can simplify complexityYou lead through influence, communicate excellently, and motivate cross-functional teamsYou're passionate about product and engineering excellence with a constant desire to improveAnd finally, you speak English fluentlyWHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝If your application is shortlisted, Marine will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).
