The team is responsible for closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (independent workers, very small companies, individuals). You’ll own the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing, educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. You will also apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, making the prospect experience pleasant, instructive, and delightful. In addition, you’ll contribute to product, method, and strategy improvements and participate in cross‑functional projects. What you’ll gain Close deals every day of the year, help build a new practice within the Sales Community, contribute to tooling and processes, build a playbook of best practices, share feedback to improve the self‑serve experience, become an insurance expert, and benefit from AI‑powered sales tools. Qualifications 1‑2 years of sales experience including closing experience Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills Great balance between active listening and assertiveness Natural empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems Positive attitude and teamwork in a small team Fast learning, desire to make an impact from day 1 Important note We hire people, not roles.
