And you deserve it because you are… Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate. Data‑driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value. French and English fluency is required. Your Mission 🚀 Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Your Key Responsibilities Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands‑On). Map funnels, oversee implementation directly, set up tracking, audit flows and ensure machine works before scaling budgets. Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself; dig into data to find winners; proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey; audit and implement fixes immediately. Channel Exploration & Scaling. Oversee core Paid Social and identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize ROI/ROAS. Growth Loops. Design and optimize loops (product → retention → referral → content → product). Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Identify where growth is constrained and why. "Player‑Coach" Leadership. Manage the Growth team by setting standards, sparring for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution; source, train, and manage talent. Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality. Focus on high‑intent leads to optimize quality over volume. Tools you’ll master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other relevant tools. KPIs you’ll own LTV / CAC ratio. Funnel conversion rates by stage. X experiments launched per week. Desired Outcomes Conversion Rates 2× better than baseline. Continuous growth experimentation. A predictable growth engine. Experience Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have improved revenue, user activation, or conversion. Competencies Growth diagnosis & system thinking. Persuasion & behavioral insight. Analytical skills. Personality Curiosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do. Hands‑On Execution. Precision: clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility: adapt instantly to new findings and turn insights into tests within hours. Language French: Native / Bilingual. English: Fluent, able to hold a conversation with English‑speaking colleagues. Written communication: English.
