Cybersecurity Engagement Manager

Our clients include banks, governments, and industrial leaders, who rely on us to deliver secure and standards-compliant solutions in highly complex environments.Your missionWe’re looking to recruit someone who can coordinate our commercial projects and deliver high-value consulting , while ensuring successful pilots and product deployments. This role is not a technical delivery role ; instead, you will partner with clients, project teams, and sales to manage pilots and interpret outcomes, structure post-quantum (PQ) transition plans, and provide reports. You will also support the pre-sales process by drafting Statements of Work (SoWs). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project coordination and consulting .On a daily basis, you will…Lead technical client projectsAct as the project owner for client engagements : define timelines, track milestones, anticipate risks, and ensure quality delivery.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client throughout the entire lifecycle (from onboarding to deployment and post-go-live).Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Product, Cryptography) to coordinate cross-functional delivery.Ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are aligned and informed on project status and next steps.Coordinate commercial pilots & product deploymentsOversee pilots and full-scale deployment of CryptoNext products, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.Act as the liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure a seamless deployment experience.Provide clear visibility on project progress, risks, and next steps to both clients and internal teams.Provide consulting servicesSupport clients in interpreting technical results from pilots and proofs of concept, translating technical outcomes into actionable insights.Assist clients in structuring their post‑quantum transition plans, including risk assessment and prioritization.Produce clear and comprehensive reports on pilot projects, summarizing key findings, lessons learned, and next steps.Support pre-salesWork with sales to create Statements of Work (SoWs) and project proposals that accurately reflect scope, effort, and client objectives.Advise on solution fit and deployment strategies during the pre‑sales process.Support client integration and adoptionDeliver technical workshops, demos, and onboarding sessions tailored to each client’s use case.Draft or review client-facing documentation : integration guides, deployment instructions, best practices.Drive client success and product feedbackConduct regular business reviews to track adoption, resolve issues, and align on objectives.Collect structured feedback and insights from clients to help drive product evolution.Help clients extract full value from our products by advising on features and future use cases.Contribute to internal knowledge base with lessons learned, repeatable processes, and technical patterns.RequirementsWhat you bringProfessional experience5+ years of coordination and consulting experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field.Proven experience managing client projects (delivery, deployment, success tracking).Strong interpersonal skills : you know how to manage expectations and build trust.Fluent in English and French; able to write clear, concise documentation.Methodical, solution‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients or projects at once.Technical expertiseAbility to learn and explain technically advanced solutions clearly and effectively.Bonus : familiarity with PKI, OpenSSL, HSMs, secure protocols, or post-quantum crypto.The team you’ll be joiningYou’ll work closely with :The Product team (for feature requests and roadmap alignment)The R&D / Crypto teams (to understand and communicate technical depth)The Sales & Customer team (for account strategy and upsell / cross-sell opportunities)And of course, our strategic clients, in France and internationallyOur hiring processIntro call with HR (30 minutes)Technical interviewCase study (light project scenario or config troubleshooting)Final interview with a leadership team memberBenefitsWhat’s in it for you at CryptoNextThe opportunity to work on critical, high‑impact projects (central banks, governments, global integrators)A unique position at the intersection of security, cryptography, and deliveryA tight‑knit team combining deep expertise and real‑world pragmatismA hybrid‑friendly workplace in central ParisAutonomy, ownership, and growth potential in a fast‑growing field #J-18808-Ljbffr
