Opportunity As a Sales Development Representative (all genders) in our Corporate Sales Team you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers who are interested in a partnership with us. Join our team and help us continue to inspire people to live active and healthy lives. What you will do You advise new B2B customers on the phone as the first point of contact You identify customer needs and qualify leads from inbound, outbound, and marketing campaigns You build and expand your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities (phone, email, social media, network) You prepare appointments for your colleagues in sales You document and maintain our CRM database You participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and increase company awareness What you will need to succeed You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development form the basis of your expertise Excellent communication in German, both written and spoken, comes naturally to you You bring natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic demeanor to help you connect with customers Strong organization and reliable time management enable you to prioritize effectively You are a true team player, you take responsibility, show empathy, and enjoy sharing your knowledge You bring high motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn which drive you to grow every day Our offer to you Free Urban Sports Club L Pro Membership + Friends and Family Discount: Stay active with free membership, plus discounts for friends and family.
