Their technologies allows support for better clinical decision-making, accelerate development timelines, and ultimately enable more personalised medicine at scale.The RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving company growth by engaging senior decision-makers across the pharmaceutical industry. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying opportunities and setting the foundation for long-term commercial relationships.Working closely with sales and growth stakeholders, you will help translate a highly technical AI solution into compelling business value for global pharma organisations. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify high-potential prospects within pharmaceutical companies through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, and phone)Engage with senior stakeholders including Medical, Clinical Development, and Safety leadersBook high-quality meetings for senior sales leadership and executivesDevelop a strong understanding of the company's AI-driven value proposition and its impact on pharmaceutical developmentMaintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, handle objections, and improve conversion ratesContinuously develop your knowledge of AI, life sciences, and consultative sales practicesRequirementsFluent English (spoken and written)French is a strong plus1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing roleExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior-level stakeholdersHighly organised, results-driven, and motivated by targets and KPIsCurious mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex topicsInterest in life sciences, healthcare, AI, or B2B SaaS environmentsComfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
