Vous avez la charge de la coordination des projets logistiques à l'export, êtes garant(e) de l'image de l'entreprise à travers la satisfaction de nos clients B2B et un service clientèle de qualité. Pour cela, après une période de formation à nos produits et à nos méthodes de travail, votre mission s'articule autour de 2 axes majeurs. Suivi commercial et opérationnel de projets logistiques à l'export Être le relais entre le client et toutes les parties prenantes Suivi du compte et mise à jour des informations opérationnelles clients dans les outils et sur les supports Rendre visite à nos clients ponctuellement Business Review meetings En charge de la relation clients sur les comptes standards et/ou grands comptes Participation active à la recherche de solutions diverses pour assurer la satisfaction clients Suivi administratif et financier Support à la validation mensuelle des factures fournisseurs et clients Élaborer des statistiques mensuelles (KPI's) Créer et mettre à jour les fiches clients Gestion des enquêtes colis clients via ticketing Profil recherché – Compétences requises Français - Allemand - Anglais : lu, écrit et parlé indispensable Niveau Bac + 3 minimum Une expérience solide en gestion de la relation client est indispensable Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office Microsoft Communication aisée et bon relationnel Autonomie, prise d'initiative et proactivité Capacité à gérer la pression Esprit analytique Qualités personnelles requises Bienveillance Ouverture d'esprit Enthousiaste Dynamique Empathique Conditions d'embauche Poste : CDD de 6 mois Statut : Cadre Salaire : à partir de 36 000,00 € par an Avantages : Prime d'Intéressement, 1 jour de télétravail/semaine dès 3 mois d'ancienneté et 2 jours hebdomadaires au bout de 6 mois d'ancienneté Salaire brut : annuel de 36 000,00 € sur 12 mois Employeur 20 à 49 salariés Deutsche Post Global Mail France est une filiale du Groupe Deutsche Post DHL (590.000 collaborateurs dans le monde).
