Strategy Project Manager F/H 1 Location: Paris, France Fives Holding is actively seeking a permanent Strategy Project Manager (Industrial Strategy) to join its teams in Paris. Fives has a legacy of over 200 years in designing and manufacturing machines for industrial leaders across many sectors. Position Summary The primary role of the Strategy department is to assist Fives Divisions, Business Units, and Entities in formulating and executing their strategies. The department also animates the Group’s service community with the objective of fostering the growth of Fives service activities and supports the Group in mergers and acquisitions and external communications. Responsibilities Support Fives Business Units in the definition and execution of their strategy plans. Conduct specific projects such as market surveys, competitive analysis, diversification strategy, product assessment, marketing & sales plans, M&A target identification, etc. Support Business Units in Service Growth Strategy, Digital / Industry 4.0 transformation and Climate roadmap. Contribute to Group Strategic Planning: portfolio management, group business plan, mega‑trends analysis (decarbonization, clean energy, automation & digitalization, regionalization). Assist the Fives M&A Department: strategy due diligence, business plans, valuation, integration plans. Qualifications Master’s degree in engineering, finance or business administration; MBA or further education a plus. Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Professional background: junior or senior consulting experience, multi‑industry exposure (EPC/equipment business experience preferred). Fluency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
