It is with you, that industry can do it We are currently seeking a Strategy Project Manager who has the same desire to prove that Industry can do it At Fives Holding, and under the direction of the Fives Group Strategy & Marketing Director, you will join the Strategy business team. Since we are located in Paris 9e it will be easy for you to reach us by [whatever transportation, public or private (car, bike, etc.)]. Responsibilities The primary role of the Strategy department is to assist Fives Divisions, Business Units, and Entities in formulating and executing their strategies. The department also animates the Group's service community with the objective of fostering the growth of Fives service activities (such as spare parts, maintenance, retrofits, etc.). Moreover, the department supports the Group in its mergers and acquisitions endeavors and its communication with external stakeholders. The position holder will be responsible for the following activities: Strategic Planning – Support Fives Business Units in the definition of their Strategy. Monitor, challenge and support Fives Business Units in their Strategy Plan execution. Conduct specific projects for Fives Business Units (e.g., market surveys, competitive analysis, diversification strategy, product assessment, marketing & sales plans, M&A target identification, etc.). Support Fives Business Units in their (i) Service Growth Strategy, (ii) Digital / Industry 4.0 transformation and (iii) Climate roadmap. Contribute to the Group Strategic Planning: portfolio management, group business plan, mega‑trends analysis (decarbonization, clean energy, automation & digitalization, regionalization), etc. Assist Fives M&A Department in acquisitions: Strategy Due Diligence, Business Plan, Valuation, Integration Plans, etc. Qualifications We are seeking someone who has a master's degree in engineering, finance or business administration is required. MBA or further education would be a plus. Required Skills & Experience Professional with proven professional experience of min. 5 years in management consulting, who will have the ability to succeed in this first role and project himself / herself within Fives Group on the long run. Language Perfect command of French and English. A third language is a plus. Professional Background Junior management or senior consulting experience in management consulting. Multi‑industry exposure (EPC / equipment business experience preferred). Core Competencies Strong analytical and communication skills (written / verbal).
