This is a remote position.Job Title: Logistics Sales ExecutiveBase Pay: $55,000 - $65,000Commission Structure:Legacy (earned customers): 42.35%Inherited (passed to them): 35%Position OverviewThe Logistics Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing customer relationships for Full Truckload (FTL) over-the-road (OTR) transportation services within a non-asset–based logistics environment. This role focuses on new business development, account management, and sales leadership while ensuring high service levels, rapid response, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow non-asset–based OTR FTL transportation revenueProspect, qualify, and close new shipper accountsManage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on long-term partnershipsLead and manage OTR transportation sales efforts, including oversight or mentorship of sales team members (as applicable)Coordinate closely with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure accurate scheduling, on-time execution, and customer satisfactionProvide rapid, detail-oriented responses to customer inquiries, quotes, and service requestsNegotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements while protecting margin targetsMonitor freight market trends, pricing, and capacity conditionsMaintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline reportingMeet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and performance goalsRequirementsQualificationsProven experience in non-asset–based OTR Full Truckload (FTL) transportation sales and sales managementStrong understanding of freight brokerage operations, market pricing, and capacity dynamicsDemonstrated ability to develop new business, close deals, and grow existing customer accountsExperience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM activityExceptional scheduling skills, attention to detail, and rapid response in a fast-paced logistics environmentTrack record of reliability, integrity, and ethical business practicesAbility to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts simultaneouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, accountable, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownershipBenefitsVision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealthcare Insurance10 days PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
